Rochelle earned her Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Weber State University in 2007, where she was a four-year soccer player and was inducted into the Weber State Hall of Fame in 2018. After several injuries led her toward coaching college soccer and personal training, she eventually realized how much she missed physical therapy. During COVID, she returned to school and earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree.
With a background in athletics, personal training, and coaching, Rochelle has a passion for working with athletes and helping patients return to the activities they love. She is also a POTS specialist and enjoys helping patients build strength, confidence, and resilience. Rochelle loves seeing patients move beyond simply becoming pain-free and work toward goals they once thought were outside their comfort zone.
Outside the clinic, Rochelle is a wife of 16 years and mom to three daughters. She coaches two girls’ soccer teams, spends countless hours supporting her kids’ sports, and when she gets the chance, you’ll find her on the soccer pitch or running ultramarathons.
