Makayla graduated as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Riverside College of Health Sciences (2026) and joined the Utah Physical Therapy team shortly after. Prior to her PTA education, Makayla received a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Wellness from Brigham Young University (2024). Her passion for physical therapy began at a young age after seeing the positive impact it could have on improving the quality of life of loved ones. She enjoys working in the outpatient setting where she can connect one-on-one with patients and be a part of their rehabilitation journey from beginning to end. She is dedicated to providing individualized care that helps patients regain function, overcome challenges, and return to the activities they enjoy most.
