Physical Therapist

Orthopedic Certified Specialist

A native of Washington state, Liz practiced in the Pacific Northwest for several years before moving to Utah. She studied Biology at Whitman College, then earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Puget Sound (2018). She is always broadening her skillset to provide patients with up-to-date, tailored care and is certified in orthopedic manual therapy (COMT), Blood Flow Restriction (BFR), scoliosis treatment, and will soon be a board certified orthopedic specialist (OCS).

Liz specializes in scoliosis and has trained with the Barcelona Scoliosis Physical Therapy School, a Schroth-based approach to treating scoliosis and kyphosis in children and adults. She also loves working with endurance athletes and has a background in running biomechanics research, run coaching, and cycling coaching.

Liz was drawn to physical therapy for the connections with individual patients and the joy of helping them return to the activities that matter most to them. She enjoys working with patients of all backgrounds, using a blend of manual therapy, specific exercise, and education to empower them to reach their personal goals. Every patient is unique, and she uses an analytical approach to identify the drivers of the problem, then create a treatment plan that matches their needs, goals, and lifestyle. You will find her warm, caring, and enthusiastic as a partner in your recovery!

When not in the clinic, Liz and her husband can be found running, cycling, skiing, and cooking.
