PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Stirling has been actively pursuing his career as a Physical Therapist since high school after having the chance to do multiple school internships with clinics in his hometown of Kaysville Utah and quickly falling in love with the profession. He graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Utah Valley University (2020) in Orem, UT. He then went on to receive his Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions (2024) in Provo, UT. After completing his schooling, he began working at a skilled nursing facility in Ogden, UT before joining our Team.

Stirling loves to work with patients of all ages and with many conditions in the outpatient PT world and is passionate about providing his patients with the highest quality of care possible. He is extremely empathetic and has a great listening ear that many patients have told him they appreciate. He is quickly jump starting his skills in the outpatient world and is taking courses to work toward getting certified in dry needling and other orthopedic/manual skills to enhance his clinical skills.

One of the most important aspects of treatment for Stirling is making sure that he incorporates the goals and aspirations of each patient into their treatment plan. He does this to ensure that each treatment session is tailor made to each patient and will ultimately help them get back to what they love doing, as that is what initially drew him to this profession. He is also not afraid to collaborate with other more experienced therapists or do the research needed if he ever needs additional insight into a condition, so that he can further improve his clinical skills and improve the quality of care for Patients.

Stirling has returned close to his hometown of Kaysville, UT and now resides close to family in Layton, UT with his wife and daughter. When he isn’t working Stirling enjoys watching movies, reading books, traveling, hiking, swimming, cooking, and going to the Gym.
